An account is one distinct client relationship you are monitoring. A single client company with two separate projects counts as two accounts if you are tracking them independently. If you consolidate notes under one client name, that is one account.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we prorate the billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Your account data is preserved across all tier changes.
