How it works

The account health scoring engine

Avara turns the qualitative texture of your client relationships into scored, trackable account health. No spreadsheets, no manual tagging, no guesswork.

The dashboard

Your entire portfolio on one screen

Every account scored. Every risk flagged. At a glance: which relationships need attention today, which are healthy, and how many days remain before renewal decisions arrive.

Data sources

Connect the qualitative data you already have

No new tools required. Avara works with the formats your team already produces.

Meeting notes

Paste notes directly from your docs, copy from CRM fields, or bulk-import from a folder. Avara processes unstructured prose and extracts tone, topic, and sentiment signals.

Survey verbatims

Import CSV exports from Typeform, Google Forms, or your NPS platform. Avara reads the open-text responses and classifies sentiment per account, not just per response.

Email threads

Forward or upload selected email threads. Avara detects formality shifts, response latency patterns, and topic changes that predict disengagement.

The analysis engine

What Avara detects automatically

Four signal families, scored and weighted to produce a single account health number.

Sentiment drift

Detects shifts from warm to neutral or neutral to formal across successive touchpoints. A single cold meeting note is noise; a three-meeting drift is a signal.

Topic clustering

Tracks which subjects dominate client communication. A shift from outcome-focused questions to process or billing questions is a reliable cooling indicator.

Engagement frequency

Measures meeting cadence and survey response rates. Quiet clients are at-risk clients. Avara surfaces accounts that have gone silent before your team notices the gap.

Verbatim intensity scoring

Scores the emotional intensity of survey open-text. "Satisfied" scores lower than "really pleased." The language clients choose is the leading indicator your NPS score hides.

No CRM migration needed

Avara does not replace your CRM or project management tool. It reads the qualitative layer your existing tools cannot analyze.
